Return and Exchange Policy
- For merchandise defect caused by manufacturing, we accept return/ refund/ exchange within 14 days after delivery.
- If you received defective merchandise, please email directly at email@example.com within twenty four (24) hours. Please include the order number, email address, problem in all correspondence and a picture of damaged or faulty merchandise as a proof.
- Upon receival of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 7 days, however it may take up to 14 days to complete during peak times. If you are entitled to a return or refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- The returned merchandise must be in it’s original packaging, must not have been worn, used or altered in any possible way. If the returned merchandise is used, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except if the defect is caused during manufacture. Lazo Diamond will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable or lost packaged item(s). Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Alternatively, customer can return/exchange the defective merchandise to Lazo Diamond nearest outlet along with the original receipt within 14 days of the official receipt date.

NOTE: All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
- Any used reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
- Lazo Diamond do not offer return or refund if product is not handled as per instructed in product details or by staff.
